Rheingau German Riesling

Our Riesling with a Suss Reserve pack finishes a touch off-dry which heightens a fruit packed nose revealing a palate of pineapples, peaches and honeydew melons. Dashwood New Zealand Pinot Noir

Elevated aromas of plump red cherries, bitter chocolate and spice define the intense varietal character of this full-bodied wine. Fermented on Hungarian oak cubes and winery grade yeast, it is ruby red in colour, the palate is rich and oaky supported by blackberries and herb flavours layered over silky, integrated tannins.

Each kit contains 18 litres of varietal grape juice and concentrate plus 2 ½ kilograms of varietal grape skins, stems, and seeds to result in a wine of unsurpassed quality.While designed as a 6-week wine kit, at Wascana Wine & Brew we believe in giving these kits the extra attention they deserve by taking them to a full 8-week kit and suggest you do the same.

Australian Meritage

Classic Bordeaux varieties made with a new world twist! A full-bodied fruit forward flavourful blend that highlights all the characteristics of the noble grapes it contains. Cabernet Sauvignon brings dominant cassis flavours and firm tannins; the Merlot softens with hints of plum and violets, while the Cabernet Franc adds dark cherry notes. Toast and vanilla notes from the American oak will create a balanced classical wine. Left to mature, this wine becomes lusciously smooth and ultra delicious!

California Cabernet Sauvignon

WINNER BEST in SHOW KIT WINE, at the 2009 International Winemaker Competition. A distinctive Cabernet Sauvignon in an appealing complex rich style. This full bodied wine has a deep garnet colour with delicious aromas of plump blackberries, sweet vanilla and fresh violets. Notes of blackberry and cherry grace the palate, interwoven with rich tannins and pepper spice extracted from the Cabernet Sauvignon Winery Grape Skins.

California Old Vine Zinfandel

Chilean Malbec

French  Grenache Syrah

Italian Amarone

The pride of Veneto, Italy! Reminiscent of the romance Italy brings, this wine will be love at first sip. It is rich in both flavour and aromas. A spicy bouquet is complimented by big round flavourful fruit. Allow this wine to age minimally for 9 – 12 months then pour a glass, close your eyes and imagine you are basking in the sunshine on a terrace overlooking a Tuscan vineyard!

Italian Rosso Bravissimo

The finish is dramatic, peppered with layers of dark fruit and aggressive oak.
